सही दिशा और व्यवस्था की समझ

मनुष्य का सामान्य जीवन अनेक प्रकार की समस्याओं से प्रभावित हो सकता है। वह शोषण, पीड़ा और वंचना का सामना भी कर सकता है। लेकिन केवल पढ़-लिख जाना ही पर्याप्त नहीं है। शिक्षा का वास्तविक उद्देश्य व्यक्ति को अपने अधिकारों, कर्तव्यों और उस कानूनी व्यवस्था को समझने योग्य बनाना है, जिसके अंतर्गत उसका जीवन चलता है।
यदि कोई व्यक्ति सही दिशा में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बाद भी कानूनी ढाँचे और अपने अधिकारों की समझ विकसित नहीं करता, तो वह अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए उपलब्ध वैधानिक रास्तों का प्रभावी उपयोग नहीं कर पाता।

A person's ordinary life can be affected by various kinds of problems; they may even face exploitation, suffering, and deprivation. However, merely acquiring literacy is not enough. The true purpose of education is to enable an individual to understand their rights, duties, and the legal system that governs their life.
If an individual fails to develop an understanding of the legal framework and their rights—even after receiving a proper education—they are unable to effectively utilize the available legal avenues to resolve their problems.
